Englehart Moulding Corporation (EMC) is a custom rotational molder that specializes in large products and high-volume runs. Having obtained one of the first machines of this kind in North America, EMC has experience over our competitors in producing high- quality rotationally molded parts. Our machine's ample diameter swing enables us to manufacture large quantities in a timely manner. We have gained the 'on-the-floor' experience needed, and have instilled the corporate knowledge to produce and deliver parts in the most expedient, efficient, and cost effective means possible. EMC's capabilities translate to success for all involved.

EMC's mission is to work with and to aid customers from concept to completion, while maintaining the highest quality standards achievable.

Englehart has its own products that have been developed and sold through Englehart Products Inc. This line consists of kayaks for children, including children with special needs. This product line must meet stringent requirements in order to ensure the young boat users' safety.

EMC is known for being particular in achieving the highest quality possible within the rotational molding field. We have the capability to rotationally mold large parts in a true 360 degree bi-axial rotation, and we can fill orders on a 'just-in-time basis', due to the proficiency and speed of our machine.

EMC also has a 60" Shuttle Unit for medium-sized parts, and a 30" Lab unit that can produce small parts.

Equipped with dual air passage, warping can be controlled with the addition of low pressure air during cooling if needed. This also gives the opportunity to purge molds using inert gas, which is necessary when using certain plastics. The capability of a second or third charge, creating a fused structural laminate, also becomes possible with dual air.

After running a subcontracted tool from another molder using identical cycle times and rotations, we have discovered that a much superior part was achieved with the mold spun in our oven. There are several factors that attribute to this: proper mold maintenance during each cycle, well-trained personnel, having the correct tool for the job, and having the proper amount of air stream hitting the tool. Our oven at EMC can achieve results that many smaller ovens, on certain jobs, cannot.

At EMC, we know what is needed for a quality part, and we fill our customer's needs.
